MEMBERSHIP
APPLICATION
The
Friends of Newburgh’s Old Town Cemetery was formed on October
28, 1999, to ensure ongoing research, restoration, care,
landscaping, documentation, promotion, and celebration of the
Cemetery, both as an historic resource and as a strolling park.
Members will receive newsletters describing upcoming
events, current and planned restoration projects, interesting
research finds, genealogical data, Inscriptions
reprint progress, and relevant historical information.
The Friends will work closely with the City’s Old Town
Cemetery Commission, consisting of the Mayor, the Superintendent
of Schools, the Pastor of Calvary Presbyterian Church, and two
citizens.

NOTE:
$15 of each annual Friends membership goes to the
Newburgh Preservation Association , to whom we are grateful for
granting us inclusion within their organization.
Membership year is January to December.
